• 12 August – 12 September 2024: Registrations
• 13 - 27 September 2024: Review of selected papers or teams
• 28 September 2024: Announcement for nominated papers and teams
• 29 - 10 october 2024 : Registration for final competition
• 15 October 2024: Final competition

Registration Fee

• IDR 75.000 for the registration
• IDR 450.000 for the team or papers selected in final competition (inclusive accommodation and tour)
